Meet Jessica Waugaman, the President and CEO of Vicky's Helping Hands. With almost 20 years of experience serving the nonprofit community, including fundraising and event planning for Ascension St. Vincent’s and North Florida School of Special Education, Jessica has a deep passion for making a difference in people's lives. Taking over the company in 2021, Jessica's journey to leadership has been marked by her unwavering commitment to serving others. When she joined Vicky's Helping Hands, it was a natural fit, as she was looking for her next move to have heart and purpose. For Jessica, knowing that she is making a difference and helping people is what truly makes her job a great fit. She's thrilled to be leading Vicky's Helping Hands and looks forward to continuing Vicky's legacy to serve those in need.

 Meet Vicky Brock, a compassionate entrepreneur with a heart for helping others. Vicky's love for serving people inspired her to start VHH in Ponte Vedra Beach in 1994. She began by providing a range of services, including errands, home watch, pet watch, and eldercare, to residents in Cypress Village, Vicars Landing, and Sawgrass. Thanks to her trustworthiness and caring nature, word of mouth recommendations from “raving fan” customers helped her business grow over the years.  

Meet Dawn Thomas, who recently joined Vicky’s Helping Hands after retiring from teaching. Over her 28-year career in Exceptional Student Education, Dawn led classrooms and worked with students with differing abilities ranging from kindergarten to transition-aged adults. Throughout the years, she cherished celebrating every victory her students achieved. Dawn's enthusiasm for helping others, instilling confidence, and celebrating pride in a job well done is what made joining Vicky’s Helping Hands the perfect next step for her. In her role,
Dawn meticulously oversees the completion of tasks, including managing short-term rentals, caring for homes during owners' absence, and handling various errands, all reflecting her steadfast dedication to serving others in every facet of her role. She is excited to continue serving others, knowing that if a task is important to an individual, it deserves the same care and attention, no matter how large or small it may be.

Meet Greg Harper, a dedicated member of Vicky’s Helping Hands since January of 2023. As a professional Greg was in banking for 20 years; with extensive experience in nearly all aspects residential lending. For the last 7 years Greg has been primarily a stay at home father. Greg stated, “Jessica and her family are long time valued friends of ours, I am honored to be a part of her building this business and extending the legacy of Vicky.” Greg is committed to ensuring that every home receives proper care. With his meticulous attention to detail, homeowners can rest assured that their homes are in good hands even when they're away, giving them peace of mind.

Meet Len Fenwick, a dedicated member of Vicky's Helping Hands committed to assisting others from the inside out. With 15 years of experience in professional home organization and design, Len brings a unique passion to her work, striving to fulfill the unique needs of each family she serves. She also excels in assisting clients with errands and ensuring short-term rental properties are in tip-top shape, adding an extra layer of care to her services. When she isn't organizing, Len dedicates her time to promoting the spiritual well-being of her clients as a certified Reiki Master. Her compassionate nature has earned her a reputation for being highly empathetic, particularly through her efforts supporting the local homeless population by providing meals on the weekend. Len is grateful to be a part of Vicky's amazing team and to have the opportunity to give back to others!
