Since taking over the company in 2021, Jessica has carried forward its legacy, serving seasonal residents, traveling homeowners, and those juggling multiple properties across Northeast Florida. Her team specializes in home watch, vendor coordination, and short-term project management, giving clients peace of mind while they’re away. Jessica treats every home as if it were her own, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
