Meet Dawn, who recently joined Vicky’s Helping Hands after retiring from teaching. Over her 28-year career in Exceptional Student Education, Dawn led classrooms and worked with students with differing abilities ranging from kindergarten to transition-aged adults. Throughout the years, she cherished celebrating every victory her students achieved. Dawn's enthusiasm for helping others, instilling confidence, and celebrating pride in a job well done is what made joining Vicky’s Helping Hands the perfect next step for her. In her role,
Dawn meticulously oversees the completion of tasks, including managing short-term rentals, caring for homes during owners' absence, and handling various errands, all reflecting her steadfast dedication to serving others in every facet of her role. She is excited to continue serving others, knowing that if a task is important to an individual, it deserves the same care and attention, no matter how large or small it may be.

Meet Greg, a dedicated member of Vicky’s Helping Hands since January of 2023. As a professional Greg was in banking for 20 years; with extensive experience in nearly all aspects residential lending. For the last 7 years Greg has been primarily a stay at home father. Greg stated, “Jessica and her family are long time valued friends of ours, I am honored to be a part of her building this business and extending the legacy of Vicky.” Greg is committed to ensuring that every home receives proper care. With his meticulous attention to detail, homeowners can rest assured that their homes are in good hands even when they're away, giving them peace of mind.

Meet Len, a dedicated member of Vicky's Helping Hands committed to assisting others from the inside out. With 15 years of experience in professional home organization and design, Len brings a unique passion to her work, striving to fulfill the unique needs of each family she serves. She also excels in assisting clients with errands and ensuring short-term rental properties are in tip-top shape, adding an extra layer of care to her services. When she isn't organizing, Len dedicates her time to promoting the spiritual well-being of her clients as a certified Reiki Master. Her compassionate nature has earned her a reputation for being highly empathetic, particularly through her efforts supporting the local homeless population by providing meals on the weekend. Len is grateful to be a part of Vicky's amazing team and to have the opportunity to give back to others!

Meet Andrea, a creative and caring member of the Vicky’s Helping Hands team, with a passion for bringing beauty and function to every space she touches. A proud graduate of Georgia College & State University with a degree in Art Marketing, Andrea combines her eye for design with her love of organizing to help families create calm, intentional homes. After many years in the Lake Oconee area of Georgia, she and her family now enjoy life in St. Augustine, Florida. When she’s not organizing or assisting clients, Andrea loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, painting, and making jewelry. She is grateful to be part of a team that values service, creativity, and helping others feel at ease in their homes. 

 Meet Tyler, a steady and solutions-focused member of the Vicky’s Helping Hands team. With a background in sports and event management, he’s worked with organizations like USF Athletics and the Tampa Bay Rowdies — gaining experience in fast-paced environments where follow-through and attention to detail matter. Tyler brings professionalism, care, and a strong work ethic to every task, whether he’s running errands or overseeing a home while clients are away. He’s known for his calm demeanor and ability to make others feel at ease, even in high-pressure situations. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and exploring all that Northeast Florida has to offer.
